Single Coaching Session

Ideal for leaders and entrepreneurs who only need occasional sessions to workshop specific questions. Also, great for those who want to sample our services before making a greater commitment to ongoing coaching, or a package.
We help with the topic, or problem you choose (typically biggest immediate challenge) and give you next-action steps to take. We listen and advise on a wide-range of business challenges.
Book up to 72 hours in advance after initial intake is complete.
$325 for a single, 60 min session via Zoom.

Ongoing Business Coaching

Perfect for leaders seeking traditional business coaching with the goal of meaningful change.
We help with areas like leadership presence, workflow, team management, personal growth, and business plans. We also do audits and improvement plans for those who are not sure where to start their coaching journey, but know a change is needed.
Typical engagements are between 3 and 12 months. Frequency options are weekly and 2x per month (standing day / time).
Pricing ranges from $600 – $2,000 per month (largest service options include resources)

We have various service levels and frequency options available – request our full coaching menu. The smallest service is a single, 60-minute coaching session for $325.

We learn about you and your primary challenges ahead of our first session through our intake process. Our goal is to dive in when we meet and use the full session time for your issue.

From there, coaching feels just like a conversation about your business, but in that time, we are working towards a solution for your objective and challenge. The most important part of the process for us is listening and fully understanding your obstacle. By the end of the session, we summarize next-actions to take to create improvement and smaller goals to pursue.

We care about the results you receive and have engineered our process to focus on growth and goals. Through our intake process, we make sure we can help with your exact need, as we do not want to waste your time, or budget. If we cannot help, you will be notified within 72 hours of reaching out.

If you are feeling stuck, or unsuccessful with your business and team, that’s all we need to know as a starting point! We will dive in there and will help you find the areas that are out of sync. As expert teachers and staff developers, we have a refined instructional process that reaches different learning styles effectively.

This can be a complicated question! Much like teaching piano and being asked “how long will it take for my child to learn how to play at an intermediate level?” many factors go into the answer. However, here is what we CAN promise…

You will walk away with an IMMEDIATE plan of action that you can get to work on right away when you work with us. We often are scaling back certain initiatives and starting others, though, so you can feel the impact quickly with issues like workflow, communication effectiveness, and other quick-feedback areas.

For KPIs and data to show results, this can take time, but we always point out your immediate indicators of positive and negative trends. This gives you actionable feedback to apply and keep KPIs trending positive, as you will be able to respond faster to “red flags”.
