Our business consulting services and project engagements are for both solo operations and organizations. Established businesses with growth objectives, new programs being launched, or staff development needs benefit most from our larger engagements.
We learn about your business, your primary challenges, and about your industry, location, and other basic details after you contact us. If we cannot help with you challenge in a meaningful way, we let you know as a follow up within 72 hours.
If more business information is needed ahead of our work together for ongoing service, or a project proposal, we request another level of information for our clients through a discovery survey, or call.
We have various service levels and frequency options available – request our full coaching menu. The smallest service is a single, 60-minute coaching session for $325.
We learn about you and your primary challenges ahead of our first session through our intake process. Our goal is to dive in when we meet and use the full session time for your issue.
From there, coaching feels just like a conversation about your business, but in that time, we are working towards a solution for your objective and challenge. The most important part of the process for us is listening and fully understanding your obstacle. By the end of the session, we summarize next-actions to take to create improvement and smaller goals to pursue.
We care about the results you receive and have engineered our process to focus on growth and goals. Through our intake process, we make sure we can help with your exact need, as we do not want to waste your time, or budget. If we cannot help, you will be notified within 72 hours of reaching out.
If you are feeling stuck, or unsuccessful with your business and team, that’s all we need to know as a starting point! We will dive in there and will help you find the areas that are out of sync. As expert teachers and staff developers, we have a refined instructional process that reaches different learning styles effectively.
This can be a complicated question! Much like teaching piano and being asked “how long will it take for my child to learn how to play at an intermediate level?” many factors go into the answer. However, here is what we CAN promise…
You will walk away with an IMMEDIATE plan of action that you can get to work on right away when you work with us. We often are scaling back certain initiatives and starting others, though, so you can feel the impact quickly with issues like workflow, communication effectiveness, and other quick-feedback areas.
For KPIs and data to show results, this can take time, but we always point out your immediate indicators of positive and negative trends. This gives you actionable feedback to apply and keep KPIs trending positive, as you will be able to respond faster to “red flags”.
