Heather is the Founder and Lead Strategist of AstroCat Consulting, and an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator in Music Education and Private Instruction. Her hallmark achievement was building the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Lessons In Your Home school from launch in 2010 to $2.5 million in annual revenue at its height — and her career mission is now to help other professionals achieve that same success.

Aubrey Lisowski
Aubrey is a long-time Arts Management Specialist, Music Educator, and Violinist with over 15 years of experience leading both students and professionals to achieving their goals. As a Founding Member of AstroCat Consulting and Non-Profit Strategist, she applies her hands-on experience running Visual and Performing Arts programs and training fellow music educators to help business owners and non-profit organizations execute their vision.
Our mission was born from a simple concept:

Our comprehensive operations knowledge stems from our hands-on experience launching and scaling arts education programs from inception to seven-figure-per-year brands.
Our team has personally practiced and tested all the elements of building successful, recurring services from square-one, along with developing efficient training strategies for diverse teams and learning styles.
